The fact is that it is nothing typical php editor.
PHP Users usually use Eclipse.

It' is IDE for Java.
But It's is too much function for me.
I look for ligth weight IDE.

It's easy and fast to create web application.
But you must learn "Ruby" Program language.
If you have a php skill then I recommend to use Code Igniter.
