install
rpm -ivh ~~.rpm


upgrade
rpm -Uvh ~~.rpm


list
rpm -qa


SRPM install
rpmbuild --rebuild ~~.src.rpm
rpm -ivh ~~.rpm


delete
rpm -e ~~.rpm
